Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher as you see it in the window above together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

This ticket is valid only for the 21st of Dec 2024 for Christmas Party event. This ticket offers access to the Marquee, its facilities and garden only. Ten parking spaces are reserved for the marquee and available on a first come-first serve basis for Christmas Party attendants, please arrange transportation ahead of time. Main guest car park limited availability.

Pre-booking and pre-ordering is essential, directly with us at 01865 368170 or [email protected] stating a ticket reservation or via our online channels quoting a ticket reservation in the notes section. Please keep your confirmation email and present it to our door staff member upon arrival.

This ticket is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid for a single visit only. This ticket is not valid during sale or in conjunction with any other Offers or Set Menus. Please arrive on time to your reservation in order to avoid disappointment.

start time: 6pm

dinner served: 06:30pm until 9pm

drink only after 9pm until last orders at 12am

all guests must vacate by 12:30am
